  • Is the SPM tied to a catering partner?

    We work with preferred partners who are already very familiar with our company. Our catering partners can be found under the heading “Partners” on our website.

  • How many guests is the Showpalast suitable for?

    The Showpalast has a total of 1,700 fixed seats, but can also be used for events with up to 2,400 people if the stage is used. Our extensive room book and portfolio indicates the corresponding seating capacity for each building.

  • Is the LED wall already included in the rental price?

    No, the LED wall must be booked separately via our technology partner PRG.

  • How long can I hold an option for an event?

    As a rule, an option is granted for one month. Extensions are possible after consultation.

  • Where can I get tickets for the horse shows?

    Tickets are available on the ticket hotline 01806 - 73 33 33 (€ 0.20 / call incl. VAT from a German landline, max. € 0.60 / call incl. VAT from mobile networks) and at www.cavalluna.com. If you have any questions about tickets, please contact service@apassionata.com or call +49 (0) 30 225 009 - 0300.

  • Can I organize an open air concert / festival on the site? What would be the maximum number of visitors?

    An open air concert / festival may be held on the site. The upper limit is 5,000 people. Volume limits and time restrictions must be agreed with the event team and the local authorities.

  • Is it possible to visit the location?

    Yes, this is possible after consultation with the event team.

  • Is the Showpalast tied to a technical partner?

    Yes, our exclusive technical partner is PRG, based directly on our premises. You can find more information about our technical equipment here.

  • Does the Showpalast already have furniture on site?

    Some furniture, such as bar tables and matching covers, are already available on site. Our event team can provide you with a detailed list. For everything else, we have a preferred partner who can provide any type of event furniture.

  • Is it possible to rent the Showpalast without the LED wall?

    Yes, this is possible in consultation with the event team.

  • Are there always horses on the grounds?

    No, we only have horses on the grounds during our own productions, such as our summer and winter shows. Horses are not present on any other days, so there is no odor or noise pollution and no risk.

  • Is there a parking lot at the Showpalast?

    There is a parking lot with 250 spaces directly on the premises. There is a charge for parking in this parking lot, which can also be rented in its entirety. 

  • Is it possible to hire just the riding hall for an event?

    Yes, this is possible after consultation with the event team. The capacity is 800 people.
